Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never store your credit card details.
Business data: Information you enter into Field Manager including customer names, addresses, phone numbers, job details, and invoices. This data belongs to you.
Usage data: Basic information about how you use the app to help us improve the product.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Railway. We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and secure authentication tokens.
When you use Field Manager to manage your customers' information, you are responsible for having appropriate permission to store and use that data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, you may request deletion of your data within 30 days by contacting us.
Field Manager uses minimal cookies and local storage only for keeping you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Field Manager is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice.

Field Manager is a business management tool for service operators. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at hello@fieldmanager.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Field Manager. We do not claim any ownership of your business data or customer information. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store any third-party data in the service.
Field Manager is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Founding members who signed up before launch are locked into their founding rate for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination you may request a data export within 30 days.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the service will be error-free or that data loss will never occur. Maintain your own backups of critical data.
Field Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time with notice by email or in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
