Recurring cleans, invoiced without the Sunday paperwork

Updated August 6, 2026

House cleaning runs on repetition: the same homes, the same rotation, month after month. The software problem isn't complexity — it's that a recurring route creates a pile of small billing chores, and most tools make you do them by hand.

Built for the rotation

Weekly, biweekly, and monthly schedules. Set a home to every other Thursday once and the calendar fills itself. Skip a week when a client travels, move one for a holiday, end the schedule when they cancel — without rebuilding anything.

Everything the job needs, on the job. Alarm code, key location, which dog is friendly, "don't touch the office desk." Notes live with the client and show up with the visit, so a fill-in or a new helper isn't calling you from the driveway.

Mark complete as you leave. One tap per home, with an optional note. Every completion records who did it and when — which settles the "you skipped us last week" conversation permanently.

Monthly invoices that build themselves. This is the piece that saves the evening. Field Manager can roll every completed clean into one invoice per client automatically — monthly on the day you choose, or weekly — at each client's rate, itemized by visit. Prefer to review first? Generate it per client from their completed visits in a couple of clicks. Clients who prepay or pay per visit can be excluded.

Prepaid packages, handled. Sell a block of cleans up front? Record the payment as account credit and apply it to invoices as the work happens — the remaining balance is always visible on the client's page.

Quotes for the deep cleans. Move-outs, post-construction, one-time deep cleans: send a quote, they accept, it becomes a job and then an invoice without retyping.

Take the payment however you already do. Every invoice can carry a pay link to your own Stripe, PayPal, Square, or Venmo. The money goes straight to you — we never touch it and take no percentage.

A booking page and a website, included. Your own link and QR code for new-client requests, plus a hosted page with your services, photos, and reviews if you don't want to pay for a website separately.

Your words, not ours. Call them clients, and call the work cleans or visits — the labels change throughout the app.

What it costs

Free for your first five clients — no credit card. Then $19/month flat: unlimited clients, unlimited jobs, every feature, and teammates included. Bring on a helper without the bill moving, and assign them their own route. Leave whenever and take your data with you.

Switching is the easy part

Send us your client list — a spreadsheet, an export from another app, or photos of a paper schedule — and we'll load your clients and recurring schedules for you, free, usually same-day.

Run one real week on it and see. Start free — no card needed or try the live demo first.
