How it starts
Every new account starts with 14 days of everything, including the Pro extras, with no credit card. After that you are on the Free plan until you choose Pro. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged without you asking.

What you will not be charged for
Extra users. Most field-service software charges for each person you add. On Pro, Field Manager does not. A crew of eight pays what a solo operator pays.
Payments. Field Manager does not process payments and takes no percentage. Customers pay you through your own Stripe, PayPal, Square or Venmo account, at whatever rate that provider charges you.
Setup or migration. Sending us your customer list to load is free.

How much does Field Manager cost?
The Free plan covers up to 5 customers and 20 jobs in total, with no time limit, and includes scheduling, quotes and invoicing. Pro is $19 a month, flat, and adds reports, team members and unlimited customers and jobs.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 14 days of every feature with no credit card. After 14 days the account continues on the Free plan unless you choose Pro.
Does Field Manager charge per user?
No. Team members are part of Pro, and Pro is one flat price however many people you add.
Does Field Manager take a percentage of payments?
No. It does not process payments. Invoices link to your own payment account, and you pay only what that provider charges.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, partial months are not refunded, your data is kept, and the account moves to the Free plan.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No contract and no setup fee. Loading your existing customer list is free.
